What is included in the per person price?
Dedicated ceremony and reception areas for 4-5 hours depending on the package chosen, tables, upgraded chairs, premium table linens, colored napkins, oil candle centerpieces, votive candles, china, flatware, glassware, charger plates, staff support for the evening, setup and tear down of the ceremony and reception areas, plated or buffet style dinner, 3 tray-passed or displayed appetizers during cocktail hour, several bar packages to choose from, venue coordinator to assist in planning, water and lemonade station, gourmet coffee station, barrel accents.
What is not included?
Parties are responsible for providing their own florist, photographer, DJ, officiant, wedding cake/dessert, and professional day-of coordinator. Please ask us about our all-inclusive vendor package. We also have a preferred vendor list to choose from in case you opt out of the package.
Do you have any minimums?
We have a 15-guest minimum for any wedding/event as well as a food and beverage minimum, which starts at $800.
Do you offer discounted prices for children?
Yes, of course! We are very family friendly here. Children 5 and under are complimentary while children 6-12 are half-price.
How late can my reception go?
If you aren’t done partying, then we aren’t done hosting! We can host receptions as late as 1:00AM as long as the music is contained indoors. Outdoor events must conclude by 10:00PM.
Can I have a live band?
Absolutely! As stated above, they can play as late as 1:00AM if contained indoors or 10:00PM if outdoors.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Unfortunately, Wilson Creek Winery does not have a hard liquor license, so only beer and wine are allowed on the premises. Only Wilson Creek Winery wines and beer are to be served.
Can I have a cash bar?
Yes, you can! If you do not want to host any of the provided bar packages, it is a onetime $100 bar setup fee to have a cash bar.
Is there a cake cutting fee?
We will cut, plate and serve your cake at no additional cost!
Can I provide my own caterer?
What’s wrong with our food?! Don’t worry, we won’t tell our amazing chef you asked. However, if you are looking for something out of the box that you do not see on our menus, let us create a custom one for you! Let your venue coordinator know what kind of items you are thinking, and we will be happy to create something special for you.
Do you charge a room rental fee or a ceremony site fee?
Drum roll please…….No! Both the ceremony site and reception room are included in your package price.
Do you have a place for the couple to get ready?
Yes, we do! We have multiple suites for our couples to get ready. We also own the Wilson Creek Manor across the street, which features a stunningly elegant 1,600 sq. ft. bridal suite and “Man Cave” as well as sleeping arrangements for up to 24 guests. You are also eligible for 10% off your stay if you book your wedding with us!

What if I only want a reception?
Why wouldn’t you want to capitalize on one of our stunning ceremony sites?! We totally understand it if you have other arrangements. You can take $500 off the package price, and you will still have use of the facility for the same amount of time.
Do you offer rehearsal dinners?
Yes, we absolutely do! Not only can we host a rehearsal dinner, but we can even do a lunch or brunch. Imagine hosting an early rehearsal followed by our fabulous, private, award-winning Bubble Brunch. Then, you will have the entire rest of the day to hang out or explore the beautiful Temecula Wine Country. Ask your venue coordinator about receiving a special savings for hosting this celebration here at Wilson Creek Winery.
How many people fit per table?
We typically seat 10 people per 72” round. However, your setup could be unique depending on the room and guest count, so ask your venue coordinator for the suggested arrangement.
Does the wedding couple need to be counted in the final guest count?
If the couple plans on eating/drinking (We sure hope so!), then yes, they will need to be counted for seating and food arrangements.
How early can my guests arrive on property?
We suggest putting 30 minutes earlier on your wedding invitations for those that show up notoriously late to everything (Yes, we are talking about you, Uncle Carl). However, your guests can make an entire day out of your wedding day, as our winery is open from 10am-5pm.
Where do my guests park?
We have two large parking lots that can hold up to 1200 guests. Therefore, we have ample parking for you and your guests.
Do you offer valet?
We do have valet during normal business hours. However, if you would like to add it to your private event, we can do so for you. Ask your venue coordinator for details.
Are we required to hire security?
Fortunately, because we do not serve hard alcohol, security is not required. If you think you need it, we have referrals we would be happy to share.
What is the difference between a Venue Coordinator and a Professional Day-of Coordinator?
Your venue coordinator will assist in the coordination of everything provided by Wilson Creek Winery including what is noted in the per person price, menu selections, floor plan, Banquet Event Order and billing. They will also be there the day of your rehearsal and your wedding acting as a liaison between your Professional Day-of coordinator and our banquet staff.
Your Professional Day-of coordinator will oversee all other personal wedding details including timeline management, vendor management, load-in and rehearsal coordination, gifts and personal item allocation including décor setup and clean up and lastly, ensuring your day is as beautiful as you imagined it would be!
