White Cabernet Club

NV VS White Cabernet Sauvignon

Data: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Alc: 12%, PH: 3.43, TA: 6.32, RS: 2.5

A true “white” wine with big aromas, strawberry, melon and peach are prominent with subtle floral back notes. This wines fruit plays on the palate integrating well with its acidity and sweetness, notes of strawberry and melon come to mind. Pair this wine with spicy Thai dishes, curry spiced dishes or fruit vinaigrette salads with goat cheese.

Sparkling Pina Colada

Data: French Columbard, Chardonnay, Alc: 11.5%, PH: 3.13, TA: 6.2, RS: 3.1

The sparkling Piña Colada offers a delightful tropical twist with a subtle hint of coconut and just a small touch of pineapple when poured into the glass. Natural coconut flavors are perfectly blended with our Brut, creating a refreshingly clean and vibrant tropical experience that beautifully captures the essence of a classic pina colada. A great sparkling wine, perfect for the beach or anytime you want that tropical Island feeling. Perfect pairing for brunch with soufflés, omelets, quiche, and fresh fruit. Try with salads with vinaigrette dressing.

2022 Ecclesia

Data: 47% Cabernet Sauvignon,37% Malbec, 15% Petite Sirah, 1% Tannat; Alc: 14.1%, PH: 3.64, TA: 5.72, RS: 0.47
Our Ecclesia is a well structured blend of Temecula Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petite Sirah and a touch of Tannat. Aromas of dried cherries, leather, light oak and spice transform into flavors of blackberry and
plum with firm tannins and a lingering finish. Pair Ecclesia with smoked cheeses, marinated and grilled zucchini, pasta e fagioli, lamb skewers, ribeye steak with bearnaise or juicy prime rib!

2024 Pinot Grigio

Data: 100% Pinot Grigio ; Alc: 11.5%, PH: 3.4, TA: 5.4, RS: 0.72
This wine showcases a light straw hue, with inviting aromas of lemon zest, ripe melon and pear, followed by complex mid-palate minerality, mouthwatering acidity, pleasing mouthfeel and lingering finish. Pair this Pinot Grigio with a salad of sliced peaches, heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto and basil; a classic frisee salad, scallops with a citrus buerre blanc, fried calamari and pasta carbonara.

2022 Tank 15

Data: 79% Zinfandel, 15% Barbera, 5% Petite Sirah, 1% Petite Verdot; Alc: 16%, PH: 3.59, TA: 7.42, RS: 1.47
Our Tank 15 is unapologetically bold, spicy, jammy, tannic and full bodied with characters of black cherry, fig, cinnamon, tobacco, and a subtle smokiness. A well balanced wine with great aging potential. Pair this wine
with blue cheese, dried fruit and nuts, seared duck breast with a cherry sauce, juicy lamb chops, venison, bacon wrapped tenderloin, a Moroccan lamb tagine, the spices in Moroccan and Indian cuisine with shine with this wine.

2021 Family Reserve Syrah

Data: 96% Syrah, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Cinsault; Alc: 14.5%, PH: 3.64, TA: 6.4 RS: .56
This Syrah showcases a deep purple hue, it entices with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and a touch of cracked black pepper. On the palate, flavors of ripe dark fruits, hints of smoked meat and a subtle spice unfold supported by well integrated tannins and long, satisfying finish. Our 2021 Syrah pairs well with grilled or roasted pork tenderloin. It also pairs nicely with barbecued pulled pork or smoked brisket, the wine’s richness and smoky undertones enhance the flavors of meat.

All shipments held for approximately 45 days before the nominal shipping fee is applied and your wines are shipped for you to enjoy. All online orders placed for pick-up must be picked up within 10 days of original date purchase.
