White Cabernet Club

NV VS White Cabernet Sauvignon

Data: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Alc: 12%, PH: 3.43, TA: 6.32, RS: 2.5

A true “white” wine with big aromas, strawberry, melon and peach are prominent with subtle floral back notes. This wines fruit plays on the palate integrating well with its acidity and sweetness, notes of strawberry and melon come to mind. Pair this wine with spicy Thai dishes, curry spiced dishes or fruit vinaigrette salads with goat cheese.

Sparkling Watermelon

Data: French Columbard, Chardonnay, Alc: 12%, PH: 3.2, TA: 5.7, RS: 4.0

Crisp, elegant, and flavorful, Naturally fermented. The Sparkling Watermelon is a refreshing wine bursting with nostalgic mid-summer fruit flavors. This favorite greets your palate with fine bubbles, a pleasantly fruity aroma with well-balanced flavor. A perfect accompaniment to sun-drenched days by the pool or BBQ with friends. Try with fresh salads, or enjoy this refreshing glass of bubbly all on it’s own. Pairs wonderfully with desserts of any kind. NV Plethora

Data: 25% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Petite Sirah, 37% Merlot, Syrah, Tannat; Alc: 14.8%, PH: 3.77, TA: 6.38, RS: 0.8
A very creative blend of about nine different grape varieties and vintages of 2012 through 2020. The result is a wonderful, complex red wine with aromas of French oak and blackberries. This red blend will pair well with a plethora of Italian dishes, including baked ziti, lasagna, pizza and chicken marsala.

2023 Viognier

Data: 100% Viognier; Alc: 13.1%, PH: 3.4, TA: 6.4, RS: .81
Dry, crisp, and refreshing with aromas and flavors of ripe peach, honeysuckle, and a hint of mango, round mouthfeel, pleasant acidity, and a long finish. Try pairing with creamy cheeses, seared scallops, crab cakes, lobster, sweet root vegetables, or chicken slow cooked in a tagine with apricots and nuts.

2020 Family Reserve Zinfandel

Data: 89% Zinfandel, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petite Sirah; Alc: 15.6%, PH: 3.61, TA: 6.42, RS: .97
True to classic California Zinfandel, our 2020 vintage is jammy with flavors of rich boysenberry and blackberry on the palate, as well as spicy aromatics of clove and cinnamon. This wine will pair well with sharp cheddar and aged blue cheeses, spicy grilled peppers stuffed with cheese and chorizo, BBQ beef skewers, and for dessert try with chocolate.

2020 Family Reserve Petite Sirah

Data: 100% Petite Sirah; Alc: 14.5%, PH: 3.82, TA: 5.43, RS: .32
Always a show stopping varietal, this 2020 Petite Sirah is rich purple in color, with classic aromas of ripe blueberry and black pepper on the nose, plum, black tea, and dark chocolate on the palate, with balanced acidity, bold tannins, and a long finish. Try pairing with rich triple cream brie or aged gouda, baked olives, porcini mushroom risotto, BBQ pork ribs with a sweet and spicy sauce, or a juicy ribeye steak.

2019 Epiphany

Data: 34% Merlot, 33% Petite Verdot, 33% Tannat; Alc: 14.5%, PH: 3.9, TA: 4.95, RS: .36 This limited release blend has a rich dark hue, and extended barrel aging has given it super smooth tannin structure, soft acidity, and notes of mocha, leather and spice. Enjoy this wine on its own, or with foods, that have more subtle flavors so as not to overpower the wine. Try with Toscano or Forme d’ambert cheeses, mushrooms sauteed in butter with a scattering of fresh herbs, seared duck breast served with figs, or lamb with a light mint sauce.

All shipments held for approximately 45 days before the nominal shipping fee is applied and your wines are shipped for you to enjoy. If you would like to have your wines held for an additional 30 days please make arrangements with the Wine Club team at 951.252.8523. All online orders placed for pick-up must be picked up within 10 days of original date purchase.
