Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt of the order. Custom labeled products are not accepted for returns and no refunds will be issued.
We are committed to delivering our products in excellent condition and in a timely manner. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been processed. For more information please contact us.
All wine shipments require an adult signature (over 21) at the time of delivery. Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process. (Please note if you received an incorrect discount or shipping discount, we reserve the right to correct the total before processing your order.) UPS shipping: UPS will attempt delivery three business days in a row, after three business days, your order is returned to Wilson Creek Winery. Arrangements can be made prior to the third party delivery attempt to hold your package for pickup at the UPS hub closest to your delivery address. UPS will hold the package for up to five days before returning it back to our warehouse. Only the recipient that is listed on the package may pick up with a valid photo ID. Additional intercept fees apply to redirect a package to an alternate address. We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order.
Wilson Creek can ship non-wine products to all 50 United States, but wine shipping laws vary from state to state. Click here for specific state details.

We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment. When you make a purchase or join the Wine Club your credit card will be processed by Wilson Creek Winery. Please check your credit card statement to verify that the charges have been properly processed. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order.
How We Use Email – After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information.
We send our Newsletter, our email update on sales, products and wine information, to subscribers only. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email. We do not sell or share email addresses with other companies. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We read every email we receive.

For both privacy and security purposes, all transaction information communicated between customers and our Web site is transmitted in an encrypted format, and all credit card information is deleted from our servers immediately after card authorization. Refunds and Exchanges
Once Sale is completed, no refunds and exchanges will be made except pursuant to event postponement, cancellation, or at Wilson Creeks Winery’s discretion. Lost ticket/s will not be replaced or refunded.
Rain or Shine
All events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
Canceled and Postponed Events
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed by Wilson Creek Winery, entertainer or band. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that specific event.
Event tickets are non-transferable. Only tickets purchased through PurplePass are valid. Tickets sold through third party websites will not be accepted at check-in.
Drinking distilled spirits, beer, coolers, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk, and, during pregnancy, can cause birth defects. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov/alcohol.
By joining one of our wine clubs you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• You are at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that someone at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for a wine delivery.
• You are obligated to receive three shipments before deciding to opt out of membership with a 30day written notification prior to a release. A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative. Our online clubs can be cancelled at any time.
• Will-Call shipments will automatically be shipped out after 40 days at the members expense.
• Your credit card provided will be billed automatically according to the club selection including shipping and tax.
• There is a one-of-a-kind exclusive shipment every July.
• As a semi-annual member, if a case has not been purchased by the 16th of the committed month, Wilson Creek will charge the credit card on file for 12 bottles similar to your last shipment.
• Shared memberships are for spouses only.
