CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By joining one of our wine clubs you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• You are at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that someone at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for a wine delivery.
• You are obligated to receive three shipments before deciding to opt out of membership with a 30 day written notification prior to a release. A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative. Our online clubs can be cancelled at any time.
• Will-call Wine Club shipments are held for 30 days. After that, wines will be shipped to the address on file at the member’s expense. Online and phone orders are held for up to 10 days before shipment and applicable shipping fees will apply.
• Your credit card provided will be billed automatically according to the club selection including shipping and tax.
• There is a one-of-a-kind exclusive shipment every July.
• As a semi-annual member, if a case has not been purchased by the end date of the committed month, Wilson Creek will charge the credit card on file for 12 bottles similar to your last shipment.
• Shared memberships are for spouses only.
