Wilson Creek Winery Anniversary Giveaway Official Rules
SPONSOR: This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Wilson Creek Winery, 35960 Rancho California Road, Temecula, CA 92591 (the “Sponsor”).

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Participation in this giveaway is free, and no purchase or payment is required or necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Must be 21 or older to enter.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is only open to natural persons 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are residing in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and its territories (the “Territory”), and any state where the Contest is prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Wilson Creek Winery 25th Anniversary Wine Country Getaway Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) will begin on April 1, 2025, at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and end on May 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. This Giveaway is subject to these official rules (“Official Rules”).
4. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible participants may enter the giveaway by entering online at: https://www.wilsoncreekwinery.com and following the instructions for entry. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification. Sponsor is the official timekeeper of the Giveaway. All registrations are subject to verification at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in this Giveaway. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification of the applicable registrations that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion.
5. PRIZE: One (1) winner (the “Selected Entrant”) will receive a stay for two (2) nights stay at Pechanga Resort and Casino, Hot Air Balloon ride for two with Grape Escape Adventures, lunch, wine tasting and tour for two at Wilson Creek Winery and Vineyards. Prize consists only of those items expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the Prize. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance of the Prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash and may not be resold. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except at the sponsor's discretion. The Prize is awarded "as is" and without any warranty, except as required by law. The Prize must be booked and utilized before December 31, 2025.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted on or about July 5, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone. Selected Entrant will be required to sign and return within five (5) business days of receipt a publicity release and any other required materials, which agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their name, address, voice, statements about the Giveaway and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PRIVACY & PUBLICITY: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Use may include the Internet, such as the websites of the Sponsor, its social network pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and other publicity, magazines, catalogs or other media. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway or violating the Official Rules.
In the event of a system malfunction or the presence of a virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at its sole discretion.
Moreover, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Giveaway, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.
10. DISPUTES: This giveaway is governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of appointed jurisdiction.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLOSURE AND PRIVACY POLICY: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media platform and Sponsor and Contestants hereby release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any and all liability, loss or damage resulting from administration of, communication of or participation in the Contest. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to these social media platforms. All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Giveaway and for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.wilsoncreekwinery.com/policies/
12. CONDITIONS: Selected Entrant consents to the use of their name, voice and/or likeness by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. All entries must be complete to be eligible and the Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen or misdirected mail/email. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, participants and Selected Entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and release the Sponsor and its parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Giveaway from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Giveaway and/or use of the prizes, including, without limitation. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding; and Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or Official Rules, except where prohibited by law. Disputes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California and venue for any legal action or claim must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
