Wilson Creek Winery Shipping & Tax Collection Policies...

• Many states have volume limits and regulate them individually. See the chart below for details on your state's shipping regulations.
• Please pay attention to your state's limits because we will not be able to process your order if it is over the limit.
• A person 21 years or older must be available to sign for the package therefore we request a daytime address where this is possible. We strongly recommend a business address.
• UPS will not deliver to any PO Box address.
• Our wines are automatically shipped via UPS unless otherwise directed.
• UPS charges a $10.00 fee for any change of address after the package has left the winery.
• Orders placed online will arrive within 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please call the winery at 951-699-9463 and we will be able to process your order right away.
• Some states will allow residents to belong to wine clubs or receive wine shipments, but not via the internet. If your state is listed as NO under online shipping, we may be able to ship if you contact us at 951-699-9463.
• We can only ship wine within the United States at this time.
