For those who have chosen the will-call option, your wines will be available after February 9th and will be held until March 28th. 2006 Estate Merlot

This 2006 Merlot has a dark ruby color. Aromas of dark cherry, smoked meat and vanilla. Ripe cherry and currant flavors carry through in the mouth, accented with oak flavors and a hint of green tea. Firm tannins in the finish provide this wine long aging potential. This wine will pair well with roasted, grilled or barbecued meats such as lamb, beef or sausages.
2008 "Sans Chene" Chardonnay

The 2008 "Sans Chene" Chardonnay has a pale straw color with a greenish tint. It has green apple, pear, a little apricot pit and flinty character in the nose. The wine is clean, crisp, lean and refreshing. The style is Chablis like with Granny Smith apple and mineral flinty flavors.
2008 "Yes Dear" Chardonnay

The 2008 "Yes Dear" Chardonnay has a medium straw color. It has floral orange blossom and bright fruit aromas that are enhanced by a touch of vanilla and toasty oak. The wine has a ripe, rich fullness and broad smooth texture in the mouth with ripe fruit flavors and layers of creamy vanilla and sweet oak that linger in the finish.
