We are proud to launch our new Temecula Academy at Wilson Creek.





These courses will be monthly and are aimed at empowering you in your wine knowledge and experience. Call or email us with feedback on what kind of classes you would like to see held at the winery in 2016!

Gus is the head Winemaker at
Wilson Creek Winery & Vineyards.
He is a Collegiate Professor, teaching enology at San Diego State University
and Mt. San Jacinto Community
College. He has taught such
classes as Introduction to Winemaking,
Winemaking Behind the Scenes,
Wine Flaws & Faults,
and The
Character of Wine.
Gus has also
judged prestigious wine competitions
such as the New World International,
the Riverside International and the
Long Beach Grand Cru.

 
Greg is the Viticulture and Enology
Coordinator for Wilson Creek Winery
& Vineyards. He is currently the
Professor of Viticulture for Mt. San
Jacinto Community College, and
Vice-Chair of the Chemistry General
Chapters Expert Committee, United States Pharmacopeia. He has also served as President of the Global Institute for Tibetan Medicine. Greg has been active in researching neurodegenerative
diseases in conjunction with the
University of California, Santa Barbara.


Mick has been a co-owner and
employee at Wilson Creek since its
founding in the late nineties. Mick has
received the coveted Sommelier
certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, as well as the Certified
Specialist of Wine accreditation from
the Society of Wine Educators.
"My desire is to know as much as I
can about wine. The more one knows
about wine, the more fun it is. I also
want to continue to learn so that I may help empower our guests and staff on their wine knowledge and wine experience."
