What is included in the per person price?
The facility itself for 5 hours in the evening or 4 hours during the day, tables, chairs, premium table linens, colored napkins, candle centerpieces, china, flatware, glassware, all staff support for the evening including set-up and break-down of the ceremony and reception areas, the buffet style or sit down dinner including tray passed appetizers as well as a premium hosted bar for 4 hours which includes 3 Wilson Creek red wines, 3 Wilson Creek White wines, both our Grand Cuvee and Almond Champagnes, 2 beers on tap, soda, water service to the tables and coffee bar.
Do you have a minimum guest count?
Yes. There are several different wedding ceremony and reception locations here at Wilson Creek, each with their own minimums. Whether you are expecting 40 guests or 400 we have the perfect location for you. See our Wedding Coordinators for specific details.
Do you offer discounted prices for children?
Yes. Children 5 and under are free, children 6-12 are half price and 13 and above are at the adult pricing. We offer a nice selection of childen's menu items such as chicken fingers with french fries, mini pizza, or macaroni and cheese!
How late can my reception go?
All events at Wilson Creek must end by 10:30pm.
Can I have a live band?
Due to residential sound ordinances Wilson Creek Winery cannot allow live bands in any of our outdoor areas. If you host your reception in our indoor Ballroom or Barrel Room, then yes, live music is allowed. You may use non-amplified live music such as a string quartet, harpist, violinist, pianist or singer.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Wilson Creek Winery is not licensed by the State of Califonia to serve or have on our property hard alcohol. Only Wilson Creek Winery Wines & Champagnes and provided beer are allowed on the premises.
Can I have a cash bar?
Yes. The wedding packages ALL include a hosted wine, beer, and champagne bar, but you may choose from a cash bar or consuption bar. See our Wedding Coodinators for special pricing and details.
Do you offer Seasonal Discounts?
Yes. We offer seasonal discounts as well as a 10% discount for any weddings held Sunday though Friday.
I’m a Wine Club Member, do I get a discount?
In addition to the seasonal and Sunday through Friday discounts Wine Club Members will receive a complimentary case of custom labeled Almond Champagne.
Is there a cake cutting fee?
No. We will cut, plate and serve your cake at NO additional cost!
Can I provide my own Caterer?
No. Wilson Creek’s in house chef provides all food for Wilson Creek weddings and events. The only outside food allowed is your wedding cake, which must come from a licensed bakery in a health approved kitchen.
Is there a fee for the ceremony?
No. It’s included in your package price.
Do you have a place for the Bride and Groom to get ready?
Yes. We provide BOTH a bridal suite and groomsman room for you to get ready for the big night! We provide couches and chairs for comfort, Direct TV, lots of mirrors, and a bottle of our famous Almond Champagne!
What is not included?
You are responsible for providing your own florist, photographer, wedding coordinator (if desired) , DJ, officiant and wedding cake.
What if I only want a reception?
If you would like to use Wilson Creek for your reception only the package price remains the same, and you will still have our grounds for the same amount of time.
Do I need to provide a wedding coordinator?
No. Our Wedding professionals will see to it, that all your wedding needs and onsite planning is done just the way you want it!!
