Group Wine Tasting with a Private Bartender (20 person min.)
$14 per person Monday - Friday; $16 per person Saturday and Sunday; plus 20% service charge & sales tax, includes:

• Sampling of five premium wines and champagne
• Wine crackers for cleansing the palate
• A Wilson family member or management host to educate your group on the dynamics of wine tasting and the origins of the wine and to answer any questions.

• You will have a private location for two hours.

  Roast Beef Stacked on Pain Rustique with Olive Tepenade, Crisp Lettuces, and Red Onion.
  Roasted Turkey Breast with Swiss, Whole Grain Mustard, and Leafy Lettuce on Crusty Baguette.
  Chicken Wrap with Sliced Chicken, Jack Cheese, Red Onion, Potato and Cilantro Drizzled with Hoisin Barbecue Sauce in an Herb Wrap.
  Black Forest Ham with Aged Swiss, and Dijon on Crusty Baguette.
  Herbed Solid White Albacore Tuna Stuffed in a Spinach Herb Tortilla.
  Herb Roasted Eggplant, Zucchini, Artichoke Hearts, Sweet Onion and Peppers with Herb Aioli in a Spinach Wrap.
  Salad: Your Choice of One:
  Fruit Salad, Chef Pasta Salad, or Creekside Salad.
