Start your summer off right with host Gerry and Rosie Wilson for an intimate night of great food and Estate wines in our Barrel Room. This summer wine pairing dinner, a culinary celebration of summer’s bounty, will be like no other. All the wines served are grown and bottled here at the winery, and carefully crafted by Winemaker Etienne Cowper. Our culinary team, headed by Executive Chef Clay Blake will prepare a four course meal with food that will bring out the flavors of the wines and textures of the food.
