Concert Details (fine print)
PURCHASING TICKETS:
For faster service, feel free to order your tickets online; or alternatively, our office is open to purchase your concert tickets seven days a week, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. All tickets will be made available via Will Call on the day of the show at the front gate beginning at 5:00 p.m. Phone: 951-699-9463
TYPES OF PAYMENT:
Wilson Creek Winery accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Wilson Creek gift certificates. All sales are final, no refunds are available.
WILL CALL:
Will Call is available the day of the event only, at the front gate entrance beginning at 5:00 p.m. Gates to the venue open at approximately 6:00 p.m. for general public and 5:30 p.m. for Wine Club members.
PARKING:
Complimentary parking is available for all concert guests. Please keep in mind that overflow parking for the concert series is on a gravel surface so be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the walk from the parking area. Buses and limos must have prior approval for parking.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE RULES:
No consuming food and beverages in the parking lot.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated area.
No outside food, alcohol, cans, bottles, coolers or folding chairs may be brought onto the property. Food and beverages - including a full menu of Wilson Creek's extensive wine selection - will be made available for purchase the night of each show.
Service for guests with the advance four-course dinner reservations will begin around 7:00 p.m. Optional light Vineyard Grill menu will be made available for our other guests' enjoyment with assorted appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts for purchase. There will be various beverage stations available for purchasing Wilson Creek's wines and Champagnes, soft drinks, and waters. Of course, our Tasting Room will be open after the show for your shopping pleasure.
GENERAL RULES:
Our Sunset Jazz In the Vines concert series is an outdoors venue and all events are rain or shine. A light jacket is highly recommended to enhance your experience with our beautiful, cool evenings in the Temecula Valley.
Our doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for Wine Club members and their guests; and 6:00 p.m. for all other patrons. Shows start at 7:00 p.m.
Programs and artists are subject to change without notice.
All cell phones and pagers must be put on silent/vibrate mode.
No cameras, video equipment or recording devices are permitted.
CHILDREN'S RULES:
All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket. The Wilson family understands that good music and entertainment are essential elements for a well rounded family life and request that children be able to sit quietly in their seats throughout the show and that consideration of others be given when deciding to bring small children to our concerts.
