A: Wilson Creek is proud to partner with BB Jazz for its concert production needs. BB Jazz is a non-profit organization with a dual purpose: raising awareness and funds for children with autism and bringing smooth jazz to the community. Best of all, a portion of the proceeds from our Sunset Jazz In the Vines Concerts benefit children with autism.

A: "Enchanting" seems to be the common descriptor folks use to describe their experience at our Sunset Jazz In the Vines shows. Seating for our spectacular venue is outdoors, in our beautiful and spacious garden, underneath the stars and between the vineyards! All you need do is simply show up, sit back, sip wine, and let the music whisk you away...

A: Our doors open at 5:30 for Wine Club members and 6:00 p.m. for all other ticket holders.
Q: When does the show start? back to top
A: All shows begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
Q: How long do the concerts last? back to top
A: Our concerts last between two and a half hours to three hours.
Q: Is there an opening act? back to top
A: Yes, for most shows we do have an opening act. In fact, we have some incredible opening acts lined up for you this year.
Q: What is appropriate dress? back to top
A: You'll find a variety of dress styles proudly worn at a Wilson Creek concert, so we always recommend that you find a style that is most comfortable for you. A light jacket is highly recommended for our beautiful, cool evenings in the Temecula Valley.
Q: How many people will be seated at each table? back to top
A: For the reserved catered dinner/concert ticket holders, you are seated with other guests at round tables of eight to ten. If attending the show with friends, be certain to place your reservation at the same time in order to ensure you are seated together.

A: All seating is in chairs, and there is not one bad seat in the house.

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

A: Sorry, checks are not accepted.

A: Sorry, but payment must be made by credit card at the time of purchase.

A: Sorry, there are no refunds on concert tickets; all concert sales are final.

A: The Wilson family understands that good music and entertainment are essential elements for a well-rounded and fulfilling family life and request that children be able to sit quietly in their seats throughout the show and that consideration of others be given when deciding to bring small children to our concerts. All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket.
Q: Can I bring my camera or video camera? back to top
A: Sorry, at the performers' requests, we do not permit cameras, video cameras or tape recorders to be brought onto the facilities on the night of a concert.
Q: Do you have accessible seating for guests in wheelchairs? back to top
A: Yes, we have specially located parking close to the show for our physically challenged guests, and we have seating designated for wheelchair access. If reserving the dinner/concert packages, please be certain to mention any special needs you might have in advance so we can accommodate your request.
Q: Will the artists sign any autographs? back to top
A: Most artists provide their cd's for sale at each of our shows and certain artists are actually on hand at the time of sale to autograph your purchase. Of course, the private "Meet and Greet" receptions held in the lower garden exclusively for our Wine Club members are always a wonderful opportunity for the chance to meet the artists!

A: Wilson Creek works with one spectacular caterer to meet your dining needs. Wilson Creek Winery, in combination with The Forge is proud to present two options for your pleasure:
For our four-course dinner/concert package ticket holders, we've made special arrangements to serve up some spectacular haute cuisine at each of our shows. These dinners are dual entrée type meals, specifically created to meet everyone's tastes. Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.
For our general admission and front row non-dinner concert ticket holders looking for something on the lighter side, our Vineyard Grill features the perfect selection of appetizers or entrees to make a full meal. The Grill is open on concert days from 6:00 p.m. until close and dining is available on a first-come first-serve basis.

A: Yes, if you are purchasing the four-course dinner/concert package, with advance notice, our chefs will create a vegetarian delight for you. The featured Vegetarian Option for each night is Roasted Vegetable Timbale, guaranteed to please the most discriminating tastes. Our Vineyard Grill has several vegetarian options to choose from as well.

A: Sorry, but all food and beverage is provided by Wilson Creek Winery and their designated vendors. No outside food, alcohol, cans, bottles, coolers or folding chairs may be brought onto the property. Both food and beverages - including a full menu of Wilson Creek's extensive wine selection - will be made available for purchase.

A: A full menu of Wilson Creek's extensive bottled wine selection will be made available for you to purchase throughout the show at a cost ranging in price from $20 to $100 - the choice is yours. Soft drinks and bottled water will also be available for purchase.
